Individual & Group Sound & Vibration Treatment Sessions
Individual Sessions - Individual sound treatment sessions can be combined with massage or Reiki sessions. As you relax on a heated massage table, Tibetan singing bowls or quartz crystal singing bowls may be placed around you, placed directly on your body, or may be held by the practioner and moved over and around your body as they are played. A variety of other instruments may also be played including tingsha bells, rain/ocean disc, Innato flute, koshi chimes, flow chimes, crystal pyramid chime, and tuning forks. Individual sessions are available with in-office visits.
- Tibetan Singing Bowl Relaxation Treatment - This technique uses traditional healing methods from Nepal, taught in the US by Suren Shrestha. After your bodywork treatment you continue to relax on the heated massage table as Tibetan (Himalayan) singing bowls, tuned to the chakras, are placed around your body. The bowls are played in a specific sequence that promotes relaxation and quiets the mind.
15 minute add-on treatment - $25
The Tibetan Singing Bowl Relaxation Treatment was an amazing experience! The bowls were all around me--at my head, my feet and at my sides. I could feel all the vibrations coming together and meeting in my abdominal area! Like with one of April’s sound baths--I felt the energy flowing throughout my body! I had it done after my massage and it added an extra layer of relaxation. Something I would like to do again! JZ
- Tibetan Bowls Combined with a Massage or Reiki Session - Before your massage or Reiki Treatment you will have the option to experience a Tibetan bowl played while placed on your head. Throughout your session, Tibetan bowls are placed and played on and around your body helping to promote a state of calm and balanced relaxation.
60 min massage or Reiki with bowls - $125
75 min massage with bowls - $150
90 min massage with bowls - $175
- Add a private sound bath at the end of your massage - Relax on the massage table after your bodywork session and soak up the vibrations while April plays a variety of instruments such as crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, a rain/ocean disc, Innato flute, Koshi chimes, crystal pyramid, and flow chimes.
30 min add-on - $75
- Full Body Sound Experience - This 60 min session begins with the option to have Tibetan Bowls played while placed on the top of your head and with your feel placed in a bowl. Next you relax on the massage table while you soak in the vibrations from the Tibetan bowls being played over and on your body. Next you go even deeper as you experience the Tibetan Singing Bowl Relaxation Treatment followed by a mini personal sound bath.
