• Heart Opening Workshop -  This workshop combines mindfulness gratitude practices, a cacao ceremony with a guided meditation to meet the spirit of cacao, and a sound bath. Gratitude practices are an amazing way to help open the heart, cacao is a heart opening plant medicine, and sound healing is a powerful tool for turning off busy mind chatter and allowing a deeper connection to your true nature. Workshop participants will receive a rose quartz crystal heart that they will infuse with their intentions and will bring home to use in their ongoing gratitude practice. Participants will also take home their gratitude thoughts, written on wildflower seed paper, that can be planted creating a gratitude garden. A living reminder of all that you are grateful for in your life.

Host a Heart Opening workshop in your home or office - 2 hour workshop (with an additional 1 hour to set up, and 1 hour to break down) - up to 6 participants $450 flat rate + $25 for each additional participant.

The Heart Opening Workshop was AMAZING!!!! I can't even fully explain how all the sounds from the different instruments April used during the sound bath made me feel! It brought up many things, including things I hadn't thought about in YEARS!!!! I could feel ALL the different sounds going through my body and stirring up many different emotions. Some effected me more than others and I do remember crying at one point! I felt the energy throughout my entire body just as I do when I get Cranial Sacral and Acupuncture! When certain things that were upsetting came up--in the moment--I felt like I could forgive others and forgive myself. It was truly an amazing experience and I would love to do it again.  JZ
