Cultivating Your Happiness Garden

Would you like to experience more happiness in your life and feel more balance in the face of life's stressors? Studies show that we can boost our happiness levels and increase our resiliency when faced with stress by using a variety of simple techniques. 

In this eight week course, you will build your toolbox for cultivating your personal wellness garden in order to create a happier more meaningful life. Each week you will receive a research backed practice for cultivating a happier life, a guided meditation to enhance your practice that week, and a recorded MAP coaching session to help clear the road blocks preventing you form creating the life you want.

For this course, I draw information and inspiration for each weeks content from a variety of sources including, UC Berkeley’s The Science of Happiness Course, The How of Happiness by Sonja Lybomirsky, The Happiness Toolbox by Jonah Paquette, Duke University's Koru Mindfulness Training, my experience as a MAP (Make Anything Possible) Coach, and over 30 years of practice as a massage therapist.
